overclocking: ram

being bored the way i was yesterday, i went into the bios as my computer was booting and decided to see if my ram could go faster. i have 2 gigs patriod mem at 2325 and 400mhz. i dropped the 3 to a 2, and reboot. it woudlnt even post, so i had to clear the cmos.

if i still wanted to bring it to 2225 now, i would have to increase the voltage correct?
