usb storage devices

My friend just recently lend me his jump drive but whenever i plug it into pc's it recognizes the new hardware but i can't acess it. This is what it says:
"Location 0 (JUMPDRIVE SECURE)". is there a reason for this and a way to get around it?

Sounds like you need to install the Lexar software that comes with the drive. Apparently, your friend secured the data when he stored it on the drive.
