It's a sig gone wrong really.

I saw a bunch of grunge and said, "Why the Hell not! Everyone else is doing it!"

So, I started the background and said, "Those colours look more like fire. I guess so. What's a good character to pu- FALLOUT!"

Google searched for Fallout Tactics (I wanted the Power armor PKII) and found a nice little wallpaper with that dude. I cut him out and stuck him on there.

The text was hard because I had to find something that would actually show up. I went with that and a yellow dropshadow, but as you can see it's still a tiny bit invisible.

The skull was more accident than anything. I wanted to get a very light skull over his face but ended up not liking it, so I screwed around and got that.

I like it over all. And it took me about 2 hours to do it.
