lol, the assasins attack you because of one of the expansions, you have to talk to somebody and they will stop. I forget who,, exactly...

There's a guy in Ebonheart. Wandering around on a wall or near one. Adamantium (silver, smooth) armor.

If you really want to there's a couple mods that will disable the assassins, either by waiting until you're a certain level or until you've actually finished Morrowind's main quest (the reason why they're after you). :rolleyes:

I've never had a problem with them, they're level based. If you're level 1 or 2, they're weak as hell. Just get a nifty dagger, and keep swingin at them fools. Easy money.

Uh, they killed me in one shot with a fireball thing... Kinda hard to swing at them from 20 feet. Even harder when you're 20 feet away and a smoldering pile of ash.
