Hey is this a good deal?

I can get this deal for a xtasy ti 4600 for 150 bucks. Is that a good deal? I think that it would be a pretty good upgrade from my g3 ti 200 for the price, but should I pick that up?

Anyway it is getting late and I dont want to impulse buy when I am all sleppy

Yeah thats a really good deal cheaper than any other retailers on Pricewatch.com. It's 4x agp right?
