Well it seems a bunch of new stuff is coming along with vista especially with Microsofts online services. Just to name a few

Windows Live Mail beta
Live.com beta
Windows Live Favorites beta
Windows Live Safety Center beta
Windows Live Search beta - mobile
Xbox Live (oh wait, that's old)
Microsoft® Office Live

Hmm...wonder if its any good...but the just the line up and idea behind it is impressive.

It'll be the next windows millenium. Total shit. Just like xp, but fucks up your machine sort of shit.

Microsoft is trying to turn people computer illiterate with their dicey shit.

...and practically everyone out there has been using a Microsoft OS and still is. People should just shut the fuck up and stop bitching about every new M$ OS. Sure it might be buggy sometimes, or have security issues, but im sure pretty sure if Linux got so mainstream people would nitpick at every little problems too and viruses would be made in large quantities for that OS. M$ might be fucking rich but im glad the release quality products like new Windows versions (yes quality products) every few years that we can all warez. :D

That's pretty much what I was going to say, but now I don't have to type as much.

Well, seeing as Microsoft's dropping the "my" prefix for everything when Vista shows up, I guess they need a new tag for their products.

I think otherwise.... i hope Vista will be as "free" and "flexible" as XP is now, but i'm not counting on it:

A little exaggerated perhaps, but its best to plan for the worst eh.

Meaning there are less bugs to nit-pick.

Personally, I don't care about the new Vista thing. I'll wait until it comes out and then see.

Vista tries to control my copyright freedoms. I'm getting a mac next. This Live stuff looks stupid.

Your online world gets better when everything works simply and effortlessly together. That's the basic idea behind Windows Live. So the things you care about - your friends, the latest information, your e-mails, powerful search, your PC files, everything – comes together in one place. This is a brand new Internet experience designed to put you in control.

Yeah, well, fuck. Google has been doing that for a while now with their personalized homepage.
