Otherwise known as "introversion". Description is pretty much accurate though.
This "syndrome" is just an excuse to say "I have a condition." :p

I doubt you have Asperger's. I know a kid who has been diagnosed, and he has clear problems talking with somebody face-to-face. He can't make eye-contact, he stutters, and he generally just clams up, especially if he doesn't know you too well. Aside from that, the kid's smart as a whip. The symptoms usually surface in early-adolescence, so if you've made it this far, I think you're doing alright.

Asperger's is no excuse for not having social skills.
Someone tried to convince me I had it, just because I occasionally stumble over my words. I blame it on me being easily distraced - and no I'm not ADD!!
HOLY SHIT LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THAT SPIDER!!

My mom works in the mental health field, and the first time she told me about Aspberger`s, I said "Wait... there's actually a disease call Ass Burger's?" True story.

Genocide would solve a lot of problems....
I've changed a lot since I was younger though, I used to avoid everyone except for my closest friends. If I did have aspergers it has either worn off or the drugs are working like a champion!

Actually I may have a very mild case of this affliction.
I am extremely good with words, but when it comes to talking face-to-face with somebody, I start stumbling over my own words, and keep getting distracted from the conversation in progress, by the stupidest things, which makes me look retarded to the other person perhaps. I don't know.
Also, I prefer to be alone, and do my own shit. I don't like parties and social gatherings, unless they're fun of course, and I know alot of the people there.
I hate strangers. Who knows what sort of dirty thoughts these 'strangers' are thinking about me when I pass them in the street? I just want to get out my pocket knife and stab them in the neck. The urge is extremely strong sometimes. Especially if there are many strangers around me...like you freaks that frequent this forum, you are all strangers to me..I hate you.

I tend to throw my feces at people from time to time. Do they have some long crazy scientific name for that syndrome?

Having read a (fiction) book* about a guy with Asperger's Syndrome and read about the symptoms and what-not, I kinda doubt that any of the people here have it. It's not just having shitty social skills, it's having essentially no social skills. They're also smart as hell, at least when it comes to organised things like math and physics. They like lists because they're organised as well. They can have certain tics- the protagonist of the book hated the colours yellow and brown and refused to eat them. Oh, and they apparently have photographic memories as well (according to the book, again.)
Obviously there are mild and extreme cases. But with Asperger's Syndrome it doesn't seem like you can have it "mildly" because it's pretty extreme.
*- A Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, in case anyone was wondering.

i feel like being a loud and obnoxious nob and saying asperger's isnt lack of social skills, just the inability to speak properly. just because your brain cant use your mouth properly doesnt mean you cant have friends. look at steven hawking... he probably gets laid more times a night than all of us here put together in a week

I'm not even going to waste my time. I have a particularly fruitful life to take care of.
I just come here to see how the world of the social misfits is progressing. I see it is progressing quite pathetically, as usual.

If you're posting on the Atrip forums, then you're already wasting your time. Oh, and who the hell has a fruitful life? People actually say things like that?

Yes. Most grown-ups tend to have a more advanced vocabulary than little children like yourself.
And as I said, I only post here to see your pathetic reactions.

I'm guessing Vlad fell down, hit his head, and as a result has become schizophrenic.
That's the only explanation (other than sheer stupidity) for such ridiculously condescending and arrogant behavior, let alone hypocritical and ironic.
