What are some GOOD programs to make NICE wallpaper. I want a 3-D effect. I hav3e Adobe photoshop 7, if thet'll work. But then again I aint no artist.

I would go to a wallpaper site like www.deviantart.com and look at some wallpapers to get some ideas can't really help you on the artist part maybe this site might help www.photoshopcafe.com they have great tuts and a HUGE forums that also have great help.

Deviantart has an amazing amount of wallpapers to chose from :D it's a hard site to navigate at first :(.
