So I was looking around the internet today and I ran into this little game called Albatross18. Once you get past the whole queer look, it's actually a lot of fun. I don't really feel like writing up a long post explaining the game. But basically, it's free to play. There isn't a level cap or some sort of annoying catch. You create an account and a character, then you go into one of the chat lobbies. It never takes more than a minute to get into a game. There's a tutorial to explain how everything works, but it still takes a lot of practice (and losing) to get it right.
The only reason you'll have to pay real money is to buy Cookies, which is in-game currency. Then you go to the in-game store and buy stupid shit like new costumes. Most of the good stuff you buy with panga, or paynga or whatever it's called, which is basically XP. So the Cookies are not necessary. They're really just for buying toys. The download for the client is only around 150 mb or something, and the patching only took me about 4 minutes. I've been playing for a few hours now, and the only reason I stopped is because I have to wake up in 4 hours and go somewhere I don't want to go.
But yeah, awesome game. Just mute the music.
