Airfix problem, need English.loc file

I have a problem, I recently downloaded Airfix Dogfighter but found that it wasn't in English!!!

In order for it to be english i need someone to send me The following files:

"English.loc"
"Resource.up"

Or give me a link to where I can get.
I think the "Resource.up" could be called "English.up" but I doubt that.

Please help or I will be stuck with the Scandinavian Languages.

Remember, I need these files from the English FULL VERSION!

Sorry dude i tryed to find it but got nothing. You can try patching it though (if you have a retail)
