Sorry that you encountered a trojan on the main site. I hope 2lions will poull that file off soon enough before more people download it.

Those are not trojans. Trainers use keyloggers which are sometimes interpreted as trojans by anti-virus software. We scan each of our files. You can download any of them without fear.

Many files are detected as malicious even though they're not, which is one reason why I loathe anti-virus software, it detects EVERYTHING.
One thing I've seen is that AV's detect programs that contain large API modules, since thats what most trojans have. And somone that made a trainer could've just used somone elses large multi-funcitonal code module to code it, since that's how lazy people are.
Another thing is, trojan's edit your ram's current data, that can be seen as malicious too.. [yeah and keyloggers like 2Lions said.]
Basically, to prove my point, you can check your taskmgr for unknown programs before and after running the trainer. Also, open registry and go to one of the following paths:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run
Which will show you a list of programs that run when you startup your computer or sign on, see the paths on the string value? Go to them in your harddrive and see what they are. This is a good way to eliminate undetected ad-ware etc.
