Atari's controller with an analog stick sucked because it couldn't make good use of it like the n64 could.

That's not the point. Now can you tell me with a straight face, had nintendo never showed off their controller, sony would have never added tilt functionality (and removed rumble as a result-LOL). Can you honestly say this isn't the case?

At the sony pre-e3 press conference, only one game used the tilt functionality, warhawk, and it looked so ridiculously unweildly, because this thing must have been added to support the game in the last mintue, because sony had nothing original to show.

And the sony guy said the word "innovative" when describing the new controller and it's BIG surprise......what a slap in the face.

And for your information...the technology used in the Wii remote, is PATENTED. It is ORIGINAL. It cannot be copied in full, yet it can be mimicked through other more limited ways, like what sony has done.

It ironic that last year they were ripping off the nintendo wiimote....now they have stolen form it. yes. STOLEN.

I never said anything about the other statements made in the image. Whether or not the Atari 2600 could properly utilize its analog stick wasn't the point, the fact that it had one was. I was merely correcting misinformation.

Nintendo got their idea for the 'wiimote' from another company.
What I'm saying IS, had it not been for nintendo intorducing the 'wiimote', sony would have NEVER introduced tilt functionality into their hastily contructed ps2 replica, complete with a xbox360 'home' button in the middle of the controller.

Pathetic really. All i'm trying to point out, sony copies, yet again. It's true. No wonder 90% of the games on the ps1 sucked shit. They are third party whores that take this and that from anything they can get their grubby little mitts on. It's offensive to have such whores in the vidoe gaming business.

At least microsoft and Nintendo try to stick to some sort form business ethics. Sony is totally out of it however. Calling it a 'gmmick' last year, now implementing it in their own totally unnoriginal controller= sony sucks shit.

I hate people that think they got the "tilt" from Nintendo. Nintendo did not create the tilt. MS had a controller about seven years ago that did. I will admit the shit Sony put into their PS2 controller is piointless. 5% of the games will use that shit. And I hope its only 5%, I dont want to be moving around while controlling shit. Its just annoying. What really pissed me off is that they pussed out and went back to the PS2 controller design. You don't see Nintendo pussing out and changing the name wii because people bitch. Why can't Sony copy the one thing that matters? And yes I would rather the batarang than another dual shock.

He was refering to the physical look of the console.

While the Wii and 360 have their own cool style I do prefer the shiny smooth black PS3, oh baby. hehe

As for sony, I have nothing against it. I think PS3 is going to be one hell of an expensive, but snazzy gaming machine. With snazzy graphics and snazzy features.

But even if a ps3 or xbox360 game comes out, with life-like cinema quality graphics, gameplay cannot possibly improve, beyond what the Wii can deliver, with it's much more versatile controller, because at the end of the day, it's the controls that determine what you can do with a game. I want to have a different kind of fun, I'm sick of the FPS/eye-candy fun, it's time to move on.

So what I'm saying is, in short, I'm sick of the same old shit. I want something different. Wii will hopefully deliver....it damn well better.
