Some rumours:

hl2 will be just as long as hl

hl2 has dust effects

hl2 can be downloaded via steam or bought at a store

the girl is a "non-playable buddy sidekick."

the game takes place in a city thats being invaded, the new aliens are "more organized"

some aliens are friendly.

supposedly hl2 can run on "mid range pcs"

you can blow up stuff made of wood

then theres some boring stuff about particles and polygons and what not."

- The game takes place in a Eastern European city.
- The game supposedly will be able to run on a DX6-compatible TNT card
- Mentions a more robust mod making expierence
- Cool in-game psychics

Ok guys now we have found a game that will beat out Doom 3 the graphics department and hopefully the story area. Also, everybody needs to stop comparing this game to Unreal 2. I'm sure it will be much better than that eye-candy game. Just wait until after E3 when the hype will blow up.

I hope they improve the way your colleagues look after you've given them a crowbar makeover. The reward for beating a head crab to killing a scientist in the first halflife was not alltogether sufficient.

Maybe add a chainsaw? Doom never got it right.
