Some suggestions for the site.

The website and forum off actiontrip.com is quite good but i have a suggestion to make the site even better. The adsense ads can be more better. In the forums the adsense 780x90 banners is a little annoying it can be easily blended with the site background this will not irrite the users plus will make ur adsense CTR do better. Just like i have done in my website http://www.thinktechno.com/

IN ur adsense u can chosse WHITE as the background then maybe GREEN as the Title, WHITE as the Border, the TEXT colour should be the same, Also the URL colour should be the same. One more suggestion for the forums can u align the adsense ads to the middle of the forum. Hope u know ur HTML well if no try this <p align="center">. Put this one the starting of the adsense code. :D :p

One more suggestion for the main website not the forums, The adsense ads have a kinda grey border. I think this should be removed this makes sense as it blends into the black background.

To me moderation should not be based on any post count or any type of Guild or badge of honour, moderation may look cool for the first few days but after few days head-aches will happen, after u get the job off moderation u will know how tough it is. I just wanna make atrip a cool place for all people who vist it.
I wanna be a mod cos i got lots of free time after exam. I get free time for about a year cos after exam i make only notes not so much studies, When exams are due in about 3months i just hurry studiying. Anyways my goal is to become a TECH writer, i like the field of Journalism, the field of mass media.

2) In case you haven't figured it out, we speak english on this forum. Frankly, your competency in this matter is nothing short of terrible. Your sentences are poorly constructed, your spelling is lacking, and I for one have to read what you write at least twice to figure out what the hell you're trying to say.

3) Does it really look like we need another mod around here? For all intents and purposes, we have three mods, only one of which is active at the moment. And you know what, we're fine with that. We have a extremely self-sufficient community and administrator intervention is only required in the most rare of instances.

4) How long have you been hanging around here? The forums have been around for over three years, and the main site more than twice that. You've been here for what, two weeks? You think you have any idea how this community runs? There was enough backlash when flower-boy was made a mod. I wouldn't count on you being added to that group any time soon.
