Fuck Battlefield 2, I'm sick of this shit

Ok first of all, the latest patch has made my game require at least 20-30 minutes from startup to actually playing. Not only do I have the 5 minute "waiting for a advertisement" shit, now it takes forever to ping servers and even longer to log in. Honestly, I could play 2 rounds of Day of Deafeat before I could even start a BF2 round.

To think I spent money on this shitty game.

I ignored it at first... then it had good reviews and looked fun so I bought it. It was fun, I wanted to get promotions and get new guns and stuff, and then I wasted 70 hours of my life...

Towards the end I realised I wasnt playing for fun anymore but playing to progress, I realised this when I got my first purple heart because I wanted a basic repair badge.

In retrospect I didnt achieve much, and all that I regret is that I played it at all, not that I didnt make it worth my while...

Its still installed, but I just dont play it anymore, Ill wait a month, play 1 round and then unistall it.

Battlefield 2142... looks kinda cool... FUCK THAT. I like star wars, and space battles and shit, and it will probably be great just like BF2 WAS, but FUCK THAT, I will find a better way to waste 70 hours of my life, and hey Ill be in college, should be easy...

What on earth could be great in a fucking WW2 MMO ? - Nothing. (except online cursing and humiliation)

The only MMO worth playing out there is World of Warcraft, and even IT should be played with a limit.

PS. if the game isn’t good from the beginning, not even Santa's infinite bag of patches and add-ons can make it better.

BF2 is Modern Day War. DOD:S (Definitely better than BF2, and what I play instead) is an online FPS, no stats, rankings, skills, upgrades, character creation or any shit like that. Comparing DOD to World of Warcraft is like calling your cat a toaster...

Side not about Santas bag of infinite patches and addons is right, that kinda stuff screws up everything, and EA's inncesant need to charge us for THREE FUCKING MAPS, is really, really gay...

so I think it is safe to say at this point in my life for certain FUCK EA!

They had two things I liked, Need For Speed and much later on Battlefield, they screwed up both of them... so yeah EA can rot in hell

Fucking lame. I hope that server explodes, along with every other RPG server ever. EVER. Especially the RPG invasion servers in UT2K4... I hate...must kill...destroy...

in my experience (although limited) they are modified versions of the original game (which in this case is also a mod) where you can get upgrades and play like an MMORPG, on an online FPS

I dont like them. I always join servers with some guy who is a level 12 orc winter terrorist who has a death ray and see through walls night vision cast iron crown goggles or something absurd like that.

I am happy to say I never bought the game but only tried it out a bit. At first it was pretty cool but then I realized the coolness could not make up for all the bugs. I sure as hell hope 2142 is better.
