Hey SpellForce 2 fans,
We (Aspyr) are planning to hold a community contest in the upcoming weeks. For now though, starting today, Friday, June 9th, and every MW and F afterwards, Aspyr will be hosting online multiplayer matches from 4pm to 6pm. At any point during those times, just sign on (or create an account if you haven't already), and enter the multiplayer English language lobby of SF2. There you'll find the people who helped develop the game itself, and maybe, just maybe, you can teach them a thing or two about real-time strategy.
Good luck.

What's Spellforce 2?
:)
But seriously, what is it?

I made a thread about it a while ago:

The game looks sweet and the blend of RPG/RTS is well implemented. With all goodies turned on, the game kills my system. :( I'm planning to get the game once I get a new computer... probably won't happen for another year or two.

Thanks for the interest! IGN actually has review of the game up here:

Also, a quick note: The matches are held MWF 4pm-6pm Central Daylight Time (CDT), which converts to 21:00 to 23:00 UTC/GMT.

Linking Atrip reveiws would make more sence, but i beleave developers like to show reveiws that are... well, less deconstructing.
Btw, saw the game, looks awesome and now i have cash, i might look into giving it a go.
"ponders" Is this the first intellegent advertiser weve had on this forums who wasnt told to go F himself?

Eh, that guy from Codemasters was cool. Miker, I think his name was.

Miker was a decent guy and he was pluggin a cool game too: Perimeter.
Spellforce 1 was frickin awesome but I never got a chance to give the sequel a shot. Blame Blizzard for my current lack of gaming diversity.
edit: Blizzard and the stack of console games I've been pickin away at. RE:4 ftw!

Perimeter sucked ass. As for Spellforce 2, are you giving out free copies or what?

I appreciate the feedback, guys. The multiplayer matches we're publicizing right now are meant to increase awareness about community play - that is, to tout SF2's multiplayer functionality and give those who played through the single-player campaign (or those who just want some multiplayer) a bit of a challenge.
I'll keep everyone updated. Enjoy the game!

I'll wait for a Gold/Platinium or an Uranium version, I have Spellforce Collectors edition and still listen to the sountrack from time to time.
