Once and Future king (Of dorks)

Futureman gave me this idea. How much of a Dork are you? How dorky are you? My PC is in the system specs post, ya'll know 'bout that.

Games:About 100 total (Mostly PC, 30consoles)

Books:90%of Heinlein's stuff, EVERY Larry Niven book, some Clarke and Stephen Baxter. Every Dune book, several copies in paperback and chapterhouse hardback. (still looking for Dune Encyclopedia, have it on .pdf) Every WOT book, 1-5 hardback. Other misc. stuff as well, most of the berserker short story collections.

Comics:Not much here, just Manga. Battle Angel Alita, Marmalade boy, Chobits, and Ninja High School.

Misc: Dune CCG t-shirt, Redfaction t-shirt, 2 star trek shirts, too many DBZ shirts to count. 500 Dune CCG cards, Poker card sets for NGE, Slayers, 3 from Ranma 1/2. Dune (1984), Dune miniseries(2001), Dune miniseries director's cut DVD(2002)

Feats of dorkdum:Met wife on IRC, watched Dune (1984) every other day for two years, read a dune book at least every 2 weeks during the same time period. Played Xenogears straight through, and would have done the same for ff7 but got too depressed after disk 1 to play for a while. Oh, and I'm a Ham with a tech licsence.

I wouldn't call myself a dork, or nerd, but i'm definitley not cool. I'm more of a fat, lazy, son of a bitch. I eat, watch tv, play games, sit on my ass, eat some more, scratch my ass, sleep, repeat. I know enough about computers to get me around, but i'm no expert.

I had to quit playing neocron for a couple minutes to post this:)

50 or so PC games, no consoles allowed, EIGHT working and networked computers in house, played through BG2 3 times or more, overclock, own all WoT books, couple Sword of Shannara books, countless others, perhaps over a 1000 out in the garage.

Use too many smiles.

I try to offset my dorkiness by welding, shaping, casting, and building things:)

Yes, I've read some of the Michael Chricton books (Sphere, Jurassic Park, Lost World, and one I can't remember the name of. It was about quantum stuff, and travelling into another time period) as well as a lot of other really crappy books that I read when I'm bored.

Im gonna pirate it too, just to get it before it comes out but I will pay for it cuz I believe in supporting the developer so they can continue to make decent games.
