Co-Op MP Games?

Well, it may just be me and a handfull of other people, but I feel there is a distinct lack of Multiplayer Co-Op games on the market. I personally get sick of deathmatch/ctf game modes over a network, and love the idea of playing a single player game, with a mate over a network!! But this seems to be such a rare addition to games, and its a big shame. Currently on my LAN at home, I'm playing Half-Life: Sven Coop simply because of the co-operative gameplay. Does anyone else feel the need for this type of game mode? If anyone knows of a Cooperative MP game, post it under this thread! Here are the one's I know of...

Serious Sam
Serious Sam SE
Half-Life (Only with Sven Coop)
Unreal Tournament (who could forget the Asaults Game Mode?!)
Unreal Tournament 2003 (EPIC it would seem!!)

Now im sure there are more.. but what are they?!

I'm pretty sure that No One Lives Forever 2 has a Co-Op mode.

I agree -- coop is extremely enjoyable and also extremely hard to come by. Here are a few:

FPS:
System Shock 2 (very good coop)
Medal of Honor: Spearhead (with a special mod)
Rune (with a patch)
All Rainbow 6 games
Ghost Recon
Swat 3
Delta Force series
Operation Flashpoint (one of the best COOP games ever)
Daikatana (though I'll probably never try it)
Dirty Dozen
Hidden and Dangerous
Alien vs Predator 1 and 2 (I believe with a mod)
Battlefield 1942

RTS:
Red Alert 2 (can play the campaign, I believe)
Dark Reight 2 (coop capmaign as well)
Hegemonia


Then there are all those RPGs and action RPGs like Diablo, Dungeon Siege, Throne of Darkness, Baldurs Gate, Neverwinter Nights, Icewind Dale, etc. Almost all of those have coop. I found Diablo 2 coop to be especially fun.

The original Unreal has a coop mode. There were still servers running it the last time I checked.

cool, I already knew about most of those, but some there I didn't know about!

Alien vs Predator 1 and 2 (with a mod) ? Where abouts could I get that mod? I've looked on planetavp.com and can't see anything...

same for mohaa: spearhead mod... looked on planetmohaa and can't see anything there either...?

Well, not to worry, I found x-coop mod for AvP... problem is I dunno if it is for Avp or AvP2... the site/readme doesn't say!! As for Mohaa mod... still looking....

Boy, I don't remember where that MOH coop mod was, but I believe it was called "team assult". Here are a couple more sites you could check:

This mod only works for spearhead -- not for the original, though there are a couple of mods for playing one or two specific original MOH maps out there somewhere.

I'm pretty sure there is a mod for AVP to play both of them in coop. Again, though, it's been so long I don't know where. Sorry I can't be much of a help. :-(
