Not necessarily. From what I remember, you were pretty skinny, so I don't think loosing more weight would be a good idea. Hit the gym 3/4 times a week and you'll be good to go.

According to that site my ideal weight is 156. I'm around 196 right now, so I'm a tad overweight. I was 275lbs ~7 months ago....so I say I've improved enough that I don't have to worry about being over by 40lbs.

Says I'm about 10lbs underweight, got a pretty fast metabolism and I spend 3 days a week in the gym. Looking to start a new 4000+ calorie diet to see if I can bulk a bit.

Indeed. Why work in 10s, 100s, 1000s etc. when you can work in 1/2s, 3/4s, 5/7s, 7s, 15s and all kinds of other nonsensical measurements. The metric system is indeed lame. Tard.

Try walking/jogging 3 days a week, like on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Start off with one or two miles, Until you get used to it and then work the distance up. On Tuesday and Thursday work the ads, crunches, sit-ups. I wouldn't really worry about doing it on Saturday and Sunday unless you wanted to. For some reason, people or more active on the weekend. That usually works for me.
According to this, I am 4 pounds underweight. I don't look it though.

Wait, you think I was serious about the metric system as well?
