If you lived in a city with a lot of stupid rich people, like LA or San Francisco, you could open a theme restaurant called "The Dumpster" where you prepare and serve food that you find in other restaurants' dumpsters, and then charge like $50 a plate. You'd have yuppie hipsters lining up around the corner. Of course, you'd have to find a way around the health code violations... you could claim that it's "performance art" instead of a restaurant, and make the patrons sign waivers.

[edit] a better name for the restaurant would be "Hobo," but spell so it looks like it's French or something
