sooo, i installed this nice oldie game on my nice oldie pc, the thing is... i have sound, i hear the starting EA intro and such... but no picture.
oldies config:
win xp sp2
athlon xp
Gf ti 4200
some 1gb memory
creative sound

yada yada, now help me.

Patch? No clue. Try the demo. If the demo runs, then it's probably not your computer.

I've got a small problem: the game runs nice but too fast, maybe 3 times faster than it should. Can anyeone help me? I've searched the net but couldn't find a solution to this poblem.

Look around for Turbo. It's an application that'll slow down your CPU to a decent speed.

Or format C:\, which is what I highly recommend.

Yo Silence, I may be able to help you on this. I had the exact same problem but it happened to me after running the game fine several times. I had loaded ATI Tools and that was killing the video.

I know you have a Geforce card, so you wouldn't be running ATI Tools but maybe some other software is screwing it up. Try unloading any extra software, temporarily, and don't overclock your video card.

You could also try reinstalling DirectX -I've done that a few times using the DirectX Eradicator software to uninstall it completely first.
