Some rap is good. It takes alot of talent to be a good rapper.

I only saw a couple of bands that I heard. But then I'm alittle older then alot you. And what you call heavy metal today is evolved from the hard rock that I grew up listening to.
Bands like:
Deep Purple
Kiss
Alice Cooper
Nazerith
Black Sabbath
Aerosmith; They where alot better in the 70s then now.
Ac Dc
BTO
These where all my favs, but I also luv:
Pink Floyd
Supertramp
Stix
Doors
Moody Blues
Greatful Dead
Jeff Beck
ELP
Thats just a few theres meny more. Alot of these are gone now, but never forgotten. :D :D

Eminem is a genius! but 50 cent sucks. I'm sorry but he could be any guy off the street:"blah blah blah in a club, it's my birthday, happy birthday to me!"

Black Sabbath
Pink Floyd
Led Zepplin
Chibbo Matto
Cornelius
Boom Boom Sattelites
X-Japan
DMX
Eminem (to a certain extent)
Busta Rhymes
NWA
Rage Against The Machine (but not AudioSlave! The band sucks without any kind of politics and without Zach's mad lyrical skillz!)
LL cool j's old school shiznit
Luther Van Dross
Ludwig Van
Beethoven
Just about everything on the Clockwork Orange soundtrack.
