I'm not even gonna bother with the test, I'll just tell you that my max download is 600kb/s and max upload is 60kb/s. This is the best speed my ISP (Charter) offers, and said ISP is also the only cable broadband ISP offered in my area (there's a DSL provider, but it's even slower).


So basically what I'm trying to say here, is that you cocksuckers can all go die in a fire.
