So it turns out that someone disabled registration about two months ago without really telling anybody. I've notified the appropriate people and it should be fixed within the next few days. Sorry for the inconvenience.



Edit: Registrations are once again open (only took a week). Bring on the spam.

He's joking. It's actually audio-based though. If you have a mic you should be set to read the words aloud, but if not I'm sorry, there's no way in hell you can register.
