Corporate greed is everywhere these days. Couldn;t they wealthy learn from Russia? Look what happened to the wealthy landowners during the revolution. If these wealthy guys keep butt-raping the common folks, they might get themselves killed in the end.

If a revolution ever takes place, I will move back to Taiwan. Then China will probably take over. Sweet.

You heard the news on how the doctors are now limiting their Medicare patients? This just proves that no matter how the laws change, the machine will always find another way to generate profit at the cost of public welfare. It is a unstoppable self-destructing force in motion, and it will eventually consume everything we value - peace, stability, public services, clean water and food... etc.

Latest news: I went to talk to a doc today about my MRI for my knee. He told me I have a radial tear in the right miniscus on my left knee (torn cartilage), but that if it wasn't bothering me much (it isn't), it might be healing on its own. So I'm going to wait a few months, and we'll reassess at the end of the summer. If I'm good, then I'm good to go, and if I'm having trouble, then I'll need surgery.

Insurance here is crazy. I know one guy who had to piss in a cup, gargle it, swallow it, shit it out, and then he got denied because it was unhealthy to drink his own piss.
